Lord Governor: Keys Leyland
An aristocratic man, Keys has been Lord Governor of Sullavale Port for around ten years, he was originally a comissioned officer in the Church Navy and when he was given the task of guarding Raven’s Claw along with the port, he jumped at it. So far he has managed extremely well and the Church of Progression has had no need to send their Inquisitors to check up on his progress.
He has a loving and adoring family, but unknown to him, they aren’t as loving or adoriing as they might first appear.
